How pick-up works
At the Santa Cruz cruise port we arrange to meet you when your ship arrives. Whether we can wait right beside the vessel depends on port rules and access that day; if not, we agree a nearby point with you. When you book, tell us your ship and arrival date. If you would prefer another place in Tenerife, send us your location on WhatsApp and we will check availability.
How we plan your return to the ship
We plan your tour around your ship's schedule and, when requested, aim to return to the port with sufficient time before boarding. When you book, tell us the time you need to be back on board and we will agree the timing with you in advance. We cannot promise a result that depends on traffic or events on the road.
If your cruise schedule changes
Message us on WhatsApp as soon as you know. If your ship is late, see the answer below; other changes are confirmed with you when you book.
